ENSURE have completed an ESG update and Environmental Liability review of a Commercial Property Portfolio for an International Investor with UK property holdings.
Following a review and update of their existing ESG Strategy and Policies to reflect current market concerns, including TCFD alignment, ENSURE visited each site and reviewed available information to address a wide range of environmental and Regulatory Compliance issues. Follow up work has included a programme of environmental investigations and a Climate Change Risk Assessment, leading to recommendations for renewable energy transition.
Environmental Reports were also provided as part of the portfolio refinancing data package.
