Ensure provided the Phase 1 Land Quality site assessment with walkover for the planned change of use of the iconic Lenham Sports Cars site. The Phase 1 Contaminated Land assessment included evaluation of the old fuel tanks, drainage system, infilled inspection pits and the previous use to manufacture the Lenham Motor Hardtops famous for use on sports cars in the 1960's to 1980's.
The more recent use as a specialist historic sports car garage had also given rise to potential contamination associated with fuels, lubricants and the spray shop.
The site has now been repurposed as office and workshop facilities for a local business specialising in Lightening Protection.
